CMSによるWebサイト運用について

現在、多くのWebサイトは、クラウドサービスで利用されていることが多く、オンプレサーバ上で運用されていたのは、遠い昔のことになりました。筆者は、SunOS上での、HTTPサーバを構築し、その後は、WindowsServer（IIS）Apacheでのサイト構築が多く携わっていました。オンプレサーバって何？という、若いエンジニアの方たちも増えているように感じます。H/Wよりも、AWSやAzureでのクラウドサービスの方が、身近になっていると思います。 ところで、皆さんは、Webサイトに、CMSを利用していますか。 CMSは、「Contents Management System(コンテンツ管理システム)」の略称ですが、主に、ホームページやブログの作成、更新をUI付きで利用できるものです。手書きで、HMTLを記載し、CGIを駆使した時代が懐かしいですが、当社では、複数のドメインで、それぞれのサイトを運用しておりますが、その１つとして、”Wix” を利用しています。簡単なサイトからeコマースサイトまで、充実しています。ドメイン取得と管理サービスもありますので、お勧めです。 Today, many websites are often used on cloud services, and the days when they were operated on on-premise servers are long gone. I built an HTTP server on SunOS, and after that I was involved in building sites on WindowsServer (IIS) Apache. What is an on-premise server? I feel that the number of young engineers is increasing. I think cloud services on AWS and Azure are more familiar than H/W.

CMS is an abbreviation for "Contents Management System", but it is mainly used to create and update websites and blogs with a UI. I miss the days when HMTL was written by hand and CGI was used, but our company operates each site on multiple domains, one of which is "Wix". . From a simple site to an e-commerce site, it is fulfilling. We also offer domain acquisition and management services, which we highly recommend.
